Trace Holcomb 

Trace Holcomb began his career in real estate in 1993. Since that time, the number and value of the properties bought and sold by Trace has increased annually, and he is consistently a multimillion dollar producer in the Houston area.  

Trace co-founded Hunter Real Estate Group in 1997 and earned his broker�s license in 1999. His successful practice combines internet technology with traditional real estate methods to better assist clients with real estate investment decisions. He covers the full spectrum of real estate related services, assisting clients with new home sales, lot sales, resale or leasing of existing homes, listing packages, and company relocation guidance, and apartment leasing; counseling clients on real estate investment strategies; offering market sales analyses and advice; and supplying clients with out-of-area referral services.  

Trace focuses primarily on the residential areas of Houston's 'inner loop' and those in the greater Houston residential real estate market, including, but not limited to, West University, Bellaire, Southgate, Southampton, Midtown, Knollwood Village, Rice Military, Braes Heights, Afton Oaks, Sunset Terrace, Weslayan Plaza, Lynn Park, Highland Village, River Oaks, Tanglewood, the Galleria, Memorial Park, Memorial Heights, Museum District and the Medical Center area. 

Trace's main objectives are to ensure a quick sale at the best possible price and to guide his clients toward a superior investment property while providing exceptional service throughout the process. On the personal front, Trace grew up in the Houston area and returned to the city after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration in 1993. In 2000, he married, Amy, a fellow Aggie. Three years later, they welcomed their beautiful daughter, Lauren, into the family and, in June 2007, baby John entered the world. The Holcomb's all enjoy living inside the loop where they are close to restaurants, shopping, museums, the theater district and professional and collegiate sporting arenas. Trace's hobbies include golfing, attending sporting events, and traveling with his family.

Kelli began her real estate career in client services in the multi-family industry. This gave her intimate knowledge of the various apartments and neighborhoods in the Houston area. With her extensive background in customer service and marketing to renters, a progression into residential real estate was second nature.  

Coming from a client services background, Kelli is very good at listening to exactly what her client wants and will not stop until she finds it. Her commitment to each client is evidenced by her attention to detail on each transaction. During this time, he has negotiated numerous high-dollar sales, made crucial contacts, and developed strong ties with his colleagues at Hunter Real Estate Group. In addition, Iva makes sure he is always current on local market trends and real estate-related industries. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Houston Association of Realtors, and he previously held a Florida real estate license. For the first part of his career, over 25 years in fact, Iva worked as a computer consultant. He feels that the computer consulting industry provided a solid foundation for and natural progression into the field of real estate, in that both require the same professional work ethic, self-discipline, use of computer technology, and knowledge of marketing techniques.
